The 2019-2020 school calendar has finally been approved!!! Due to discussions in Springfield, the school calendar could not be approved until the Illinois General Assembly approved the definition of a school day and the Governor signed the bill. During the June 19th Board of Education meeting, the 2019-2020 school calendar was presented and approved. Students first day of attendance will be Friday, August 16th. . . .
Over the last two weekends, the Illinois High School Association ( IHSA ) held the Track and Field State Finals. The first weekend the girls took over Charleston and the blue track at O'Brien Field.
