Registration Dates: August 1st, 1-7 pm and 2nd, 8 am - 5 pm in the Lake Crest Library
Fees:
Registration: K-8 ---- -$80/Reduced $40 9-12----$120/Reduced $60
Athletic Fee: $25 per sport, $50 max for one student (if there is only 1 child of age to play sports), and $75 max per family (must be paid before the first contest)
Driver's Ed Fee: $100 full-time enrolled OHS students, $200 students not enrolled full-time at OHS
Returning Students:
Registration forms are available online. Parents will login to Teacherease and click on Online Registration in the news feed to access the forms.
Complete the online registration part of the process which is Step 1 and then print off and fill out the other paperwork ahead of time to save time at registration. Forms will also be available at registration for those that do not have internet access. Fees will be paid at registration.
New Students:
Parents of new students to the district must click on the following link to request to have a TeacherEase account setup. New Student Parent Account Set-up. The office will receive your request and create an account for you. Once that is done, the forms will be accessible by following the directions above for returning students.

Students in grades 6-12 will need to come in at registration to confirm or make changes to their class schedule with Mrs. Stark, Director of Student Services.
Kindergarten requirements:
Students entering Kindergarten must be 5 years old on or before September 1st of the current school year.
A birth certificate, shot record, completed and signed physical exam form, completed and signed dental exam form, and completed and signed eye exam form are required before the child may start Kindergarten.
Physical exams are required for students entering Kindergarten, 6th, 9th grade and also new students.
Sports Physicals are required for students who choose to play sports for the 2019-2020 school year. Must be submitted to office before the first practice.
Dental exams are required for students entering Kindergarten, 2nd grade, 6th grade, and 9th grade, as well as new students.
