District Immunization Data
P.A. 97-0910 was signed in August of 2012, effective date of Jan. 1, 2013, with implementation date beginning with Dec. 1 of 2013. This act required schools make “publicly available” the district’s immunization data.
This data is available in the Lake Crest office upon request.
