Chromebook Agreement Form
Before students will be given their school issued Chromebook, both parent and student must read the Chromebook Agreement form and sign and return the last page.
Idealy, you will print the form from the link below, read and sign it, and bring the signed form to registration. If so, the school will distribute the Chromebook at that time.
There will be blank signoff forms at registration. Due to in-person limits at registration, if the parent signs the form, we will distribute the Chromebook at that time and get the student's signature on the first day of school. Please understand that the parent's signature alone does not absolve the student from the material in the agreement.
Chromebooks not picked up during registration will be distributed once school starts after the student submits the form signed by both parent and student.
