Registration Dates:
August 2: 11 am - 7 pm
August 3: 9 am - 5 pm
August 4: 9 am - 5 pm
**Although appointments will not be required this year, if you would like to make one in order to maximize your time registering you can do so by calling the office at 217-346-2166 and make an appointment with Mrs. Pearcy.
Returning Students:
Starting Monday, July 18th parents can login to their Teacherease account and click on Online Registration in the news feed and begin the process. Please verify and change anything that needs to be changed and it will be verified by Mrs. Pearcy before you leave registration. There will be other paperwork online that you will have to print out and bring in (Drivers permit, Sports Physicals, Exams, etc). Those will be outlined on Teacherease that they need printed.
Complete the online registration part of the process which is Step 1. For families that do not have access to the internet we will have computers set up during registration and staff members on duty to help you with the process.
New Students to the District: (including Kindergarten that did NOT attend preschool at the school)
New Students to the district will need to use a link (yet to be created) that will allow you access to TeacherEase to register: (There will be extra paperwork required for new students when you register)

Complete the online registration part of the process which is Step 1. It will then be verified by Mrs. Pearcy at your appointment time.
Fees for 22-23 School Year:
K-8 ---- -$85/Reduced $42.50
9-12----$125/Reduced $62.50
Athletic Fee: $25 per sport, $50 max for one student, and $75 max per family (must be paid before the first contest, free/reduced does not apply)
Kindergarten Requirements
Students must be 5 years old on or before September 1st of the current school year. Also a birth certificate, shot record, physical, dental exam, and eye exam are required before the child may start Kindergarten. You may bring those forms to registration and give them to the nurse.

Physical exams are required for students entering Kindergarten, 6th, 9th grade and also new students.
Dental exams are required for students entering Kindergarten, 2nd grade and also new students.
Sports Physicals are required for students who choose to play sports for the 2022-2023 school years. Must be completed before the first practice.
