Fall is here! Our first graders had an exciting hands-on experience this week as they wrapped up their science unit on apples. After learning about the parts of an apple, how apples grow, and their importance in nature, students put their knowledge into action by making homemade applesauce!
The classroom was filled with smiles (and wonderful smells) as students helped wash, add ingredients, and stir the apples. It was a fun and delicious way to connect science learning with real-life experiences.
Check out the pictures below to see our young scientists in action—exploring, learning, and tasting the sweet rewards of their hard work!

Homecoming week is off to a great start. Lockers are decorated. Rock paper scissors competition started. Make-up wars during flex.
