Spanish II students visited several Lake Crest Elementary classrooms to discuss the meaning and background of the Battle of Puebla. Students were able to answer questions and make a craft to take home with them to remember Cinco de Mayo and how on May 5, 1862, a small but mighty Mexican Army defeated the larger French Army.
