Crazy Hat Day

8th Grade Volleyball Regional

Oakland High School Math team competed in the ICTM math regional competition at EIU on Saturday,  February 28. Leo Diaz placed 6th in Algebra 1. Abel Diaz placed 5th in Geometry. The Fresh/Soph 8 person team placed 3rd. Abel and Leo will compete at the state competiton on April 18 @ ISU Bloomington.

Students in Español II and III learned about the legend of the Guatemalan Worry Dolls and are working on making their own this week! Hopefully our worry dolls can help us navigate through this last stretch of winter and into spring!
